Studio Art I. Fun stuff. We've studied (and by study I mean work with and create a piece of so-called "art") areas such as radial balance, 2-D perspective using a vanishing point & a horizen line, relief printing, basket weaving, and water coloring(technically, but with not a lot of actual effort involved). There've been others(studied areas I mean), but my mind doesn't desire to put THAT MUCH work into recalling said areas of study. Some of the people in this class don't have much desire to create art. To me, it seems as if it was a last resort to most of them.
Sad. Yes.
Seems like art in public schools these days isn't stressed as much as physical education, or EVEN music. Although usually, those two go hand-in-hand.
So.
Why the bringing up of such a subject?
Honestly?
No idea. What-so-ever. But I thought it'd be interesting to write on(really, it wasn't all that interesting), and seeing that it's been about 17 days since my last, heck! why not?
Right?
